Order Cancellation

I was a little hesitant to purchase this pool cleaner. I have a 38' Grecian style in-ground pool and read a few reviews that the robot couldn't make it back into the shallow end once it went down the slope. As long as the robot (we named it Orca, well, because it looks like an orca) is fully charged, it has no issues going up and down the slope. I put it in the pool every morning, it runs for 90 minutes, I hose out the tray and then plug it back in. In the event there is a lot of debris in the pool, I may drop it back in again later in the day. I charge it overnight but I'm pretty sure it fully charges in about 4 hours. It may be less. The robot isn't capable of going up the walls so I just brush any algae etc. down before setting the robot off. And this isn't an everyday occurrence, just when there seems to be algae on the walls. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. I purposely waited a couple of months before adding a review so I could judge accordingly. Enjoy your robot!
This was my first year with a swimming pool and I was vacuuming every day just to make sure it stay clean but wasting a lot of time while doing so well I just bought this mighty vacuum set it and go when I come back to check the pool is clean I love this vacuum
Just got the robotic pool cleaner today and it cleans pool very well!! I have an above ground pool with a deck attached. Few weeks prior to getting the cleaner we had our deck repainted. Before the painted the deck the power washed it towards our pool. We had lots of paint chips in the pool. We vacuumed the pool twice and got alot of it out. WE couldn't see any on the paint chips but after using the robotic cleaner it picked up more. So far I love this product!!

We've been using this vacuum for the last month. It works great and has made pool maintenance even easier. These pictures were taken after we had a large storm pass through the area. You can see how much it was able to pickup. The fine screen was loaded with sand, and the main area leaves.Cleaned the whole pool in 2 hrs. This thing is great!

I’ve had a $1200 robot vacuum for our pool and while this doesn’t clean quite as well it’s a very good value. I’d recommend it.
It does pickup anything the size of a grain of sand or larger.

This guy is easy to use and highly effective. My pool is small, Always has plant debris in it and awkward in shape and slow and it does the job.
Highly recommend! Husband had a difficult time vacuuming pool dirt. We had a severe algae problem and couldn't even see the dirt as pool was green. A lot of shock and this Robot made our pool sparkle and safe to swim in again. We use it once or twice a week now. Seriously thankful we found this!
I wish we got this sooner. It keeps our 21ft round above ground pool sparkling clean on the bottom. It gets worms, bugs,leaves,sandy dirt, feathers, small debri, pollen (in the mesh type filter inside unit) is easy to put in and take out of pool, easy to rinse out after cleaning is done and is easy to charge.
My pool is small. This cleaner does a fantastic job and even picks up the sand, which the Polaris would never do. I highly recommend it.
