The drying function prevents the noodles from sticking, and I make noodles twice in one go, freezing them for a week's worth of meals. It's very convenient, and there's hardly any leftover dough, which I find acceptable. Cleaning is easy, and the noodles taste better than what you can buy outside. A definite thumbs up.

However, don't use this feature when making dumpling wrappers, as they'll be too dry to work with. Finally, cleaning is mostly a matter of drying, then gently scraping away the dough, as there's not much leftover to begin with. The physical quality is excellent. If you love noodles and want to avoid store-bought ones, this is a great purchase!
