Having grown up eating noodles, I've been paying attention to various noodle machines for a long time. This machine can weigh the flour, automatically adding water to achieve the perfect ratio for making dough, and even kneading it. I grabbed it without hesitation. It's been just over a week since I received it, and I've used it almost every other day. I've made noodles, pizza, and french bread. However, I've finally confirmed two issues with this machine: 1. The weight sensor is precise, but after adding flour, the displayed weight disappears in 15-20 seconds, sometimes even causing the machine to shut down. 2. The manual mentions to zero the machine before adding flour. If more than a minute passes, the machine will automatically zero itself. Without knowing about these issues, my first attempt at making noodles failed to automatically add water, leaving 200g of flour stuck in the machine. Rather than disassemble it and risk flour going everywhere, I opted for manual operation. The noodles were a success, praised by my family for their chewy texture. Every subsequent use has been tense, worrying the machine might zero itself again. However, no matter how quickly I work, I end up having to switch to manual operation and add water myself.
The automatic noodle maker is very convenient and user-friendly. We bought this noodle maker two years ago, which was semi-automatic compared to this new one, which is easier to clean and produces noodles faster. As long as you assemble the mixer correctly (I initially had trouble because I hadn't installed the mixer properly, which made it difficult to close the lid), the operating steps are straightforward. There's less leftover dough compared to the older model, and making noodles at home is cleaner and more hygienic.
It's easy to operate, and I've had successful noodle making attempts several times. The automatic water addition feature is very convenient, so you don't have to worry about how much water to add. The drying function prevents the noodles from sticking together, and the machine is relatively quiet. It takes just a few minutes to produce noodles, saving time and effort. I use it every morning to make noodles for my child, so we don't have to buy dried noodles anymore. Making them myself is clean and safe. It's a fantastic machine.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of noodles and dumpling wrappers it makes, fresh at home, which are better than commercial ones bought frozen from the store.

On the whole, I'm pretty happy with it. However, the noodles don't have the same chewiness as hand-rolled ones. The kneading process is quite brief, essentially mixing the dough then pushing it out, which means it doesn't automatically stop when done. As a result, a lot of dough remains unpressed at the exit. But it's quick and saves time. Cleaning it immediately after use is easy, though it gets very hot, raising some concerns about durability.
I haven't taken it apart yet; I'll check it out more thoroughly after some more use.
