We purchased Ebo primarily for monitoring our toddler. We live in a two-story house and during work days me and my husband both work from the 2nd floor study, while grandparents are taking care of our daughter downstairs. Before we had Ebo, in order to know what my toddler and her care takers were up to, we had to come downstairs in between our meetings to figure out what she's doing, or if this would be a good time to play with her for a few minutes (we don't want to interrupt her during meal time nor when she's focusing on reading or playing a game, cause she got very distracted when she saw us). We also don't have indoor security cameras that could cover every corner of the room for us to get a good view of her. With Ebo, it can be easily controlled by our cellphone, so we just simply move it to wherever our daughter is, to help us get a real time view of her in a non-disruptive way. We were super impressed by the video angle provided by eBo and how the little robot recovers super quickly from all kinds of barriers on the floor, we don't have to worry about the robot backing itself into a corner at all, it can recover very quickly and get back on its route. The only thing that was unexpected for us was, our toddler was a bit scared of the robot in the first week. I guess she couldn't make sense of a robot that's so tiny and moves so fast. However, once she got used to it, it wasn't an issue at all. She sometimes would follow it all around the house, which makes it a fun toy for both her and us as well.
This little robot camera is pretty cool! First off, the unit itself feels well made and doesn't feel cheap. I really like the overall design and it is a nice size, too. It doesn't take up that much room and can fit into tighter spaces fairly easy.The camera is pretty easy to setup and use - the app guides you through everything. During setup, you connect the camera to your existing Wi-Fi which makes this accessible from the app anywhere you have a mobile connection. Through the app, you are able to control all aspects of the device and it works pretty well with minimal lag.With it's belt system for "wheels" it is able to climb over most transitions and maneuver between carpet and hard surfaces pretty easily. I found that on higher areas if you go at an angle VS straight on that it climbs better and easier. It is pretty easy to move the robot throughout your home with the on screen controls and you can even do the one touch return to home. I found you do need to get it at least close to its charging base before hitting that button for best results. It appears to use inferred to do this. During my use, it was successfully able to turn and back in to the charging base.The video quality isn't the best I've ever seen but it's not terrible. The night vision works pretty well and it is able to switch to night vision automatically when low light is detected.All things considered, this is a neat gadget that does work and is a great way to keep an eye on things in your home, office, or anywhere that has Wi-Fi when you are away.
The picture quality is good, the night vision is great. I'm in a long distance relationship and needed a way to play with my girlfriend's cat, and this silly little guy is absolutely fantastic and exactly what I was looking for.He absolutely hauls ass, is very easy to control with minimal lag even from over 7000km away, and the cat is getting used to him. The two way voice communication works okay, and I've had a lot of fun with it charging around the house at 3 AM waking up everyone. I've attached some photos for camera quality reference.The only downside I can think of is that he has a lot of trouble getting over surfaces that are even a little bit of a climb, but has a dedicated charge button to get over them so even that is somewhat mitigated. I heartily recommend this, I love him.
If you are looking for a toy for your cat or a dog it’s not actually the best option, but, If you wanna follow your pets and check where they are while you’re out it’s a good option but first you have to analyze if you live in an apartment or in one floor house because this little buddy it’s not actually capable to cross high obstacles. Before I bought it I read about everything and most people talked about the Wi-Fi issues but it’s not true, Wi-Fi connection works great you’re a rotor just to be in a good spot to cover all the area that you wanna use with this robot.
Very good camera, great definition even in low light conditions. Can be programmed to travel the place when you want. It is very stable, anti-flip. I loved it!
Very good! My cats are chasing him all over the house. The only downside I see is that the battery does not last too long
I love checking in on my critters from work! My cat also loves to chase Ebo around the house. I have low pile carpet and area rugs which have been no problem navigating over. The camera is of similar quality as my other security cameras and works well at night. I highly recommend the Ebo esp if you want to entertain and check on pets while gone. 🐈⬛🐈🐕

Absolutely love the Ebo. It works great, and the supporting app is easy to use. The two way audio works perfectly, and the camera is 1080p.
Super fun and great video and audio quality. Easy to navigate on phone. The app is a little weird at first trying to find where you go to navigate it. You have to click on the picture part and then the full screen will open with the navigation buttons.
I love it. I’m not even using this thing for home security. I just chase my cats around. They’re still unsure whether EBO is friend or foe. I just learned that if you get some momentum it’s an easy transfer from hardwood to carpet and now I get to harass them more
It does what it claims for the most part. It works best on flat smooth surfaces but can operate on carpet but its mobility is greatly diminished. It can not navigate over a transition in the floor over an eight of an inch, so going from tile floor to carpet is a no go.
I actually got this by mistake, but now that I have a baby ferret, I use it to watch him when I'm gone, he also likes to play with it while it's going across the floor lol

I bought this to keep an eye on my puppy while I’m at work. Moves very well through the house and can see everything clearly at night. The sound is great and I can also hear everything going on at the house clearly. I especially love that it starts recording when it detects motion. Great purchase!

Got this bot so I can play with my cat while away, and it’s the best thing ever! You can talk and listen to your cat and play with your pets. My cat loves it !
The main reason I ordered this bot was to be able to see what my two cats are up to when I am at work and talk to them as well. I could of easily placed one of my outdoor cameras inside but then I wouldn't be able to move it around. I love how this bot has a camera that is at the level of the cats and moves around in real time rather than a stand alone non moving surveillance situation. This bot has a cartoonish and funny voice that says the name of the unit each time you dock it in the charger. I like how there is funny voices for certain things such as pairing. The first time I attempted to scan the app barcode it failed and there was a funny error voice that sounded like Mr. Bill the old school Claymation cartoon. I am a bit concerned about the fact that there are not bumpers on the outside which I would of preferred. It just seems fragile but time will tell, and I always update my reviews when anything relevant occurs. The charging time was fast with just a few hours for the initial charge. Both of my cats were amused with this and I think the fact that it is in a ball shape helps. The colors on the face of the unit seemed to entertain my male cat Bishop. I like how the bot can rotate in circles as well as those various jumps or jolts that I already mentioned briefly. The app is easy to use with the controls being purposefully limited and to the point. The camera is of decent quality for its size. I like how the feet are apart of a conveyor style design that looks like certain robots from popular sci fi films of the seventies. In the video clip included it shows the bot working its way around an obstacle. The funny thing is after the clip ends the bots was moments away from going behind the fold out barrier seen in the clip where one of my cats were hiding. It seemed to sense the animal which I find interesting. In conclusion I am very happy with this bot and recommend it.

Honestly, I don’t write reviews very often. But this little robot has made me feel extremely satisfied and grateful. We used it while we were out of town to make sure our cats were ok and despite the fact they cats have a self cleaning litter bow and smart automated pet feeder, this little robot lets me know that everything is going well. The best part is that it can record and take pictures for you while allowing you to hear what’s going on and for you to talk through the robot. This little guy also comes back to his charging spot by itself. Great value and great price. Just what we needed.
First of all, I got this to play with my dog and for the fun of remotely checking out what is going on the lower part of my house. It is more of a toy than a security camera. If you use it as a toy, you will have a great time to control it and monitor the surroundings from a distance. The problem is that it has difficult time crossing even the tiny threshold due to the machinal limitation. It cannot even get on the rug we have on the hardwood floor.
We find the app intuitive to use, and it lets us keep an eye on our kitties when we're on the road
We have used a variety of pet cameras over the years. We have used a "Furbo" for years and have always enjoyed seeing our pups when we were away from home. The Enabot is like the Furbo... but way more interactive. We have a lot of fun chasing our dogs around our house and then using the two-way microphone to talk to them. Notes- - First off.... this is a pretty amazing piece of electronics. If you get the Enabot near the base, and push the home button, the Enabot will automatically return to the base and begin to charge. - The Enabot is super easy to control on IOS. I have had zero issues in connecting and controlling this little robot. - It has a couple of built-in movements that mimics a playful animal. So once I get the Enabot near our dog I push the preset movement and the little robot dips and does a little charge. Our dog goes nuts! He just loves playing with the Enabot (and it helps that it looks like a ball!). - The camera is very good. I haven't used it much in the dark, but the night vision does seem to work well. - We use the two-way microphone to say hi and keep them company when we are out. They love it and give us a little bark to respond to us. - Another amazing feature is that the Enabot never gets stuck or flipped over. Even when our dog hitsit and knocks it across the room the Enabot always lands with its wheels on the ground. - While it will travel across carpet... it does struggle going over any kind of lip... like a rug or mat. - Honestly... It really is a pretty decent value considering the cameras involved and all of the features. Final Verdit.... a great product for a dog and cat owners. This thing is a bit of a marvel. We love it!
