Order Cancellation

It has been a month since I bought it and so far so good. It runs smoothly on both carpet and tile floors. However, when there are cables or small carpets on the floor, it does get tricky. It also allows multi-users, so my partner and I can both operate it at the same time. I believe it has the motion detection and video recording functionality but I haven't figured it out. It would be a great function to have! I really enjoyed the two-way audio and self-charging function. It is a great deal overall.
I see a few people writing about quality of the video and sounds so I figured I would give some helpful tips and knowledge of the product so far. 1. The video quality can be changed on the top right corner. If you set it to high it will make the quality alot better. Also the night vision is really good. 2. You can lower the sound so it's not so loud and also turn off the lights so the eye and such aren't bothersome. 3. Turning off safe stop will allow your ebo to go over some rugs and under couches and stuff. That is of course if you have the ability to do so, however don't do that if you have your ebo on the second floor or around stairs and such. 4. You can't go over some carpets and rugs it has to be a certain clearance I believe it's at least 3mm or under. (If you go to the enabot website they should tell you the proper clearance). 5. There are bugs but you can report them and they will get fixed in time. The developers and creators of the product are always updating and making the enabot better. Just have patience, it's a great product for your pets and also a decent security camera for inside the house. All in all a great upgrade to the older model ebo's.
This is such an amazing gift! I love it! It takes great videos and is easy to hide and inconspicuous. It is a bit hard to first get the hang of when controlling but you get it down pat after about a week.
