No, we care about animals and therefore do not use real leather. All our accessories are made of vegan eco-leather.

They are attached with Velcro strips that hold them firmly together.
Is the eco-leather toxic?
No, it isn’t. The eco-leather our accessories are made of is non-toxic and vegan, and safe for food storage.

How much does shipping cost?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide reliable shipping through our U.S. fulfillment partners, with delivery handled by trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to customers within the United States only. We may expand international shipping in the future as our fulfillment network grows.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Can you ship my order to a business address?
Yes, you may enter a business address during checkout if that is more convenient for you.
Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?
Yes, we can ship to PO Box addresses where supported by the carrier.
Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to U.S. military APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories.
What happens if my parcel is delivered while I’m not there?
Depending on the carrier, delivery location, and package size, your parcel may be left in your mailbox, at your front door or porch, or in another secure location determined by the carrier.
Refunds & Returns
Physical Products
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us through the Contact Us page as soon as possible.
Refund Eligibility
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may request a refund if:
- Your order did not arrive
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is significantly different from the product description
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Requests May Not Be Approved If
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer
- The carrier confirms the order was successfully delivered

Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened, used, or unsealed:
- Face and body products with broken seals
- Underwear without intact hygiene seals
- Swimwear without intact hygiene seals
- Pierced jewelry with tampered or broken seals
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

- A file is corrupted or incomplete and cannot be replaced
