It works for the space that I have but it's a bit of a tight fit for even a woman as small as myself. I'm 5'4 and 135 pounds. This vanity took my husband and I six hours to put together. I would say that two people are needed to put this together. I installed different knobs than what came with the vanity. I love all the storage space this vanity comes with. I also love that an outlet is built into the vanity. The mirror is clear and the lights get brighter and brighter. I like it
